What are CBD Capsules?

CBD capsules are available in many forms. There are CBD tablets, CBD pill, CBD capsules, CBD soft gel capsules and CBD sub lingual wafers. All of the variations of CBD capsules all have a similar effect and the difference between the variations are often minimal. The most common type of CBD capsules are CBD oil capsules, which contain CBD oil encapsulated within a soft gel casing.

 Different types of CBD Capsules

CBD capsules come in a variety of forms. These different variations of CBD capsules include sub lingual wafers, tablets, pills, capsules and soft gel capsules. Like most CBD products they are available in Full-Spectrum, Broad-Spectrum and CBD isolate forms. However, as of March 31 2021, Full-Spectrum ingestible CBD products will not be allowed to be sold in the UK. So, the only CBD capsules that will be available in the UK will be either Broad Spectrum CBD capsules or CBD isolate capsules.

How to Take CBD Capsules

#1

Work out the correct dosage for you

CBD capsules offer many of the benefits of CBD in an easily taken, convenient capsule. This makes CBD capsules extremely easy to use - much like any other tablet-based supplement or medication.  Unlike CBD oil, which is designed for sublingual use or CBD vapes which are made to be inhaled, CBD capsules enable you to consume CBD in the same manner that you would consume any other multivitamin or medication.  When you use CBD oil tinctures, the CBD is absorbed via the soft tissue underneath your tongue which allows the CBD to diffuse into the blood & circulate through the body.

What do Customers Say About Cannacares’ CBD capsules?

Advantages & Benefits of Cannacares CBD Capsules

CBD is used in a variety of different forms. CBD capsules remain popular because they are such an easy method of using CBD. CBD capsules are a quick and simple way of taking your daily dose of CBD.

CBD capsules are definitively dosed, so you always know how much CBD you are taking. With CBD oil you can often be uncertain about how much CBD you have actually consumed. However, with CBD tablets or CBD capsules you are certain of how much CBD has entered your system.

Instead of delivery CBD straight into your bloodstream, CBD capsules are broken down by the digestive acids and enzymes in your stomach. The body then absorbs the CBD content from the capsules through the stomach lining. The liver then metabolises the CBD before it passes through your bloodstream. The CBD has passed through the digestive system first meaning that CBD capsules take slightly longer to take effect than other forms of CBD.  The slower absorption of CBD makes CBD capsules a fantastic choice if you are looking for a form of CBD that takes effect more gradually and is slower acting.

How to store your CBD Capsules

The most important thing to bear in mind when it comes to storing your CBD capsules is to avoid excess light, heat, and air. This will uphold the efficacy and quality of the capsules for as long as possible. It is also important to store the product out of reach of pets and young children. If you can adhere to the following three guidelines, then your capsules will remain in pristine condition:

Heat – Ensure that your capsules are stored away from any heat sources, including radiators, heaters, ovens, and other appliances. Try to store your capsules at room temperature, which is approximately 20-25°C.

Air – Once you have taken the capsules out for consumption, ensure that you replace the lid as tightly as possible to avoid excess oxygen and other such contaminants impacting the capsules.

Light - Avoid excessive light and direct sunlight. Do not store below lamps and try to avoid leaving on a windowsill.

What are the Benefits of Taking CBD Capsules?

CBD is not psychoactive, which means it can be easily incorporated into daily life. CBD is increasing in popularity and clinical research into the prospective benefits of CBD is ever growing. Some of the most recognised benefits of CBD that are supported by scientific evidence are...

How Long do CBD Capsules Last?

The shelf life of CBD capsules in general depends on a multitude of factors, including quality, packaging and storage. There is often a one year lifespan for typical CBD capsules. Provided you adhere to the above recommendations on storing your Cannacares CBD capsules however, they will last for 24 months after the manufacture date. This makes them a fantastic option for buying in bulk. Once your capsules start to give off an unpleasant smell, change colour and offer a bad taste, this is when you will know that the capsules have definitely expired.

Do Cannacares CBD Capsules Contain THC?

The prospective presence of THC is one of the primary concerns to CBD users, particularly those who are drug tested at work.

If you are concerned about CBD capsules containing traces of THC it is always best to study the lab reports and even contact the brand who are selling the capsules, to check for certain whether the product has any THC at all.

Are CBD Capsules Legal in UK?

Yes, CBD capsules are legal in the UK. CBD capsules must not contain more than 1mg of THC and there must be less than 0.2% of THC in the oil used to make the CBD capsules.

How many CBD Capsules Should I Take a Day?

When first starting to take CBD capsules, it is vital to ascertain how many capsules you should take each day.

Before making a definitive decision, it is important to consider a few factors that can influence the effect of CBD. The first consideration needs to be what concentration of CBD capsules you are taking. The higher the concentration the less capsules that need to be taken.

What to Look for When Buying CBD Capsules

With the UK CBD industry being mostly unregulated, there are many products that are not up to standard. Some key things to look out for when purchasing CBD capsules are lab reports. Most reputable CBD brands provide third party lab reports which confirm the level of CBD and cannabinoids contained within the capsules. The lab reports also illustrate that there is no pesticides or other contaminants.
