Cannacares Returns Process
We trust that you’ll be 100% happy with your Cannacares product(s). But, if for any reason, you change your mind about your order, we’ll gladly accept returns providing they are postmarked with 14 days of the date of purchase and are in their new, unused, condition. All returned items must contain their original tags and labels, and in the case of CBD oil, the seal must be unbroken.
In the first instance, please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your return. A member of our customer service team will advise you on how to package up the product and where to send it.
Refunds and fees
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure the condition is new, unused and undamaged. Providing this is the case, we’ll process your return or exchange immediately.
Please note that it can take around 7 days from receipt of return before you receive your refund. We’ll notify you by email if there are any problems with your return, or when your return has been processed.
We do require that you cover the cost of shipping to return an item to us (unless agreed otherwise with a member of staff). We recommend you use tracked postage to ensure your return arrives with us safely.
In the unlikely case that your Cannacares product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us via the same email address mentioned above to arrange a prompt replacement/return.
